Level of Study for each class: Basic thru Intermediate
REBAC Courses:
- Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) - Two Day Course
- REBAC's Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). ABR is the only designation for buyer's representative recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 5% of Realtors have this designation. The first step in obtaining the ABR Designation, plus one elective toward completing the necessary requirements.
- Resort and Second Home Market - Two Day Course
- Develop skills& undertanding to service resort/second home/investment sellers and buyers in a professional manner. One of the course requirements for the RSPS Certification (Resort and Second-home Property Specialist) and one of the elective course choices for the ABR Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).
- Innovative Marketing Techniques for Buyer's Representatives - One Day Course
- The course focuses on understanding the basic principles related to real estate marketing, understanding what today’s buyer clients need & want from an agent, recognizing how the market has changed, developing innovative marketing plans, and understanding the laws and federal regulations regarding contacting buyers. One of the elective courses for satisfying the requirement for the ABR Designation
awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).
