CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CornerStone Institute reserves the right to cancel any Classroom Course without a minimum of 20 attendees registered for that course a minimum of 7-14* days in advance, *depending on location.

Our posted classroom schedule is subject to change without notice. Please call us to ensure the most accurate information.

If you are registered for a course and for some reason are unable to attend, please contact us 48 hours prior to the class to arrange for CSI-credit-for-classroom-courses and/or to re-schedule.  "No shows" are not eligible for credits.

If WE cancel a course due to low enrollment, we will--at  your discretion--either refund your payment or apply it toward any future classroom-course of your choice.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

During the winter months, there are times when it may be necessary to cancel a course due to bad weather. During such times, we will make every effort to cancel the course with as much notice to you as possible to each attendee as well as the hotel.

Cancellations will be posted on our website. Students may also call us to find out the latest information at 802-246-1490 or 877-899-2283. If no one is in the office, we will have the cancellation information available on our answering machine. Please check the website or call prior to attending if there is any question about the class being conducted due to weather!
